Return Policy

We hope you've discovered a pleasurable shopping experience with us @ GardenOutfitters.com. If for some reason you would like to return an item, we'll take it back with no hassles within 30 days of your purchase. However, if we inadverantly receive your return package and it was damage due to shipping, we are obligated to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Steps to return items to GardenOutfitters.com:

  1. E-mail sales@gardenoutfitters.com or call 1-888-257-6740 and notify us that you want to return your GardenOutfitters.com purchase.
  2. Our sales staff will respond in a timely and courteous manner to your return inquiry. We'll explain to you how much it will cost you to ship the item back to the corresponding warehouse and when the UPS driver will be by to pick up your return. This shipping charge will be subtracted from your return amount along with the 20% restocking fee.
  3. Once we have received the returned item, a credit will be placed on the credit card you placed your order with for the items purchase price minus shipping.
  4. We'll email/call you and let you know that all is taken care of and your credit card has been credited.

Shipping Damage or Missing Parts

Should any problems arise from your product order from damage due to shipping or missing parts or pieces occur, the staff at GardenOutfitters.com will correct the situation. Please email us at sales@gardenoutfitters.com or call us at 1-888-257-6740 and explain the situation. Make sure you leave some contact information so we can get a hold of you. As soon as we can identify what part is missing or damaged we'll have the replacement part shipped out as quickly as possible.
